Steph brings nearly 10 years of operational experience in the technology industry to her role as Human Resource Business Partner at Pointmarc. Steph oversees Pointmarc's HR functions, including recruiting, work force planning, benefits, performance management, employee relations and work/life balance.

Steph began her career in a software company where she oversaw office operations and built the HR and Accounting Departments from the ground up. It was during this process that she first began to see the connection between the success of people within an organization and the success of the organization itself. With that in mind and with the intent of expanding her knowledge of the customer side of business, she took a role with Volt, as the Human Resource/Program Manager for one of the company's premier accounts, Weyerhaeuser. Steph leveraged her knowledge of HR operations and account management to streamline operations within the Volt/Weyerhaeuser relationship to increase employee performance in her unit.

Steph is a graduate of the University of Washington. When Steph's not at work, she's likely spending time with her family and friends, wine-tasting, or walking along a shoreline or in a park with her husband, son, and dog.
