Faced with the need to create a platform for standardized reporting across Microsoft web properties, the Global Marketing Operations business group wished to augment its in-house team with a strong analytics and site instrumentation consulting partner for development of a proof of concept system. Pointmarc, having deep Adobe Insight experience was a natural choice. Using Adobe Insight, Pointmarc was asked to build out a set of custom workspaces/reports, support the project with a full-time PM and leverage a team of analysts to support the project, evangelize the new platform and augment the operations team.
